For 100 years the wharves at Hamilton were the place Queensland exported its best to the world. Now Northshore Brisbane operates a different shipping schedule. Just six kilometres from the CBD you'll find luxury river homes and apartments fit for a captain, a hub of experiential arts and cultural experiences you'll want to write home about, and some of the most exciting cuisines in the world. This iconic stretch of water is transforming from working dock, into Brisbane's immersive riverfront.

Northshore Brisbane is also a new business district, a hub of business innovation, from start-ups to global giants.

Lastly, Northshore Brisbane has been identified as the home of the Brisbane Athletes' Village for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Maintenance works scheduled for Hercules Street Park playground
The water play and playground areas at Hercules Street Park will be closed for approximately two weeks from Monday 7 February 2022 to allow for maintenance works.
The works will include coating the ground surface of the water play area, expected to take two weeks and the sealing of the playground soft fall domes, expected to take four days.
The timing of these works have been planned to coincide with the end of school holidays and completion of these works are subject to weather conditions.
All other facilities in the park will remain open during these works.

Locals and visitors to Eat Street will soon arrive in style.
Works to provide the permanent driveway to car park #2 are scheduled to begin on Monday 24 January (weather permitting).
As per the current traffic arrangements during construction along MacArthur Avenue, directional signage will be in place to assist with safe traffic movements in and around the area.
The new driveway is expected to be open on Friday 28 January 2022 for weekend use only until construction works along MacArthur Avenue are completed in early March.
Local traffic will be able to access car park 2 via this new driveway from 3pm on Friday 28 January 2022 to 7am Monday 31 January 2022, and each Friday afternoon to Monday morning thereafter until the new MacArthur Avenue road is opened, where the driveway will then be open 24/7.

New and changed Monday to Friday bus services for Northshore will begin on 8 November 2021. These service improvements are part of the progressive public transport improvements for Northshore as the development continues and demand increases.

Please be advised that there are changes to the existing pedestrian footpath along MacArthur Avenue from Eat Street to the Northshore City Cat Terminal. This detour from MacArthur Avenue to the waterfront walkway has taken effect from Monday 9 August 2021. Reopening of the footpath will coincide with completion of the MacArthur Avenue roadworks.
