Community update - June 2024

The Parkside Yeronga development is moving into the building construction phase which is due to commence over the coming weeks.

JGL Properties (DEV2022/1331) are forecast to commence construction this week of the first phase of their housing development which consists of 37 dwellings.
Brisbane Housing Company (DEV2023/1367) will be delivering 75 social and affordable housing units.
Retire Australia (DEV2021/1252) development will consist of a retirement facility, community care centre, health care service, food and drink outlet, office and shop over two stages.

During construction there may be temporary fencing installed for public safety.
